What is included in the fee?
Registration fees cover participation at the two-day course lunches, refreshments. The fee does not include hotel accommodation.
How do I pay?
All Delegates will be invoiced for the course fees on registration.
When do I pay?
Course fees must be received as cleared funds within 14 days of the date of the invoice but no later than 14 days before commencement of the course.

| Cancellation Policy |
Substitutions may be made in writing at any time and will incur no penalty fee.
Cancellations without a substitute delegate received on or before 10 November 2008 will be subject to a 25% cancellation charge. Delegates cancelling after this date without a substitute delegate will be required to pay the full fee and no refund will be made.
Cancellations must be received in writing or via email and must be acknowledged by Citadel Advantage. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone.
This course is offered subject to the participation of a minimum number of Delegates. Should the course be cancelled a full refundof fees paid will be made.
