The Financial Services Authority regulated the UK Mortgage Market in October 2004. This means that mortgage advisors must be qualified. Completion of the Certificate in Mortgage Advice completes the regulatory examination requirements for mortgage advisers. There are two parts CF1. A general introduction to the
UK
financial services industry; and CF6. An introduction to the mortgage process and its regulatory framework.
