A Corporate Degrees Programme
Certain skills are common to all participants in Six Sigma Projects. By bringing together whole teams, shared competencies can be developed to make any project much more successful and in-house courses especially cost-effective. On completion, attendees will have the skills necessary to run basic Six Sigma projects. This course will also act as foundation to acquire certificated Green & Black Belt status.

(3 Weeks Delivered over 3 Months)
A Corporate Degrees Programme
Training for Black Belts includes detailed information about the concept, methodology and tools, and builds upon the knowledge learned in the Foundation Programme. Training is spread over three months to allow for practical project work between sessions to apply training to real improvement projects. Statistics is included in the agenda, but typically does not include as much detail as that provided to Master Black Belts.

A Corporate Degrees Programme
Master Black Belts also known as ‘Quality Leaders’ or ‘Quality Managers’ and, help Functional and Process Managers set and lead the Six Sigma vision within their specific areas. Training for Quality Leaders includes detailed information about the concept, methodology and tools, as well as detailed statistics training and computer analysis tool use.

A Corporate Degrees Programme
Champions are crucial to the success of Six Sigma programmes and need an understanding of the approach, implementation and improvement roles within the company. In this workshop, the management team will learn how to select high impact projects for the project leaders and how to support and review their progress. Topics include the Six Sigma concept, methodology, tools and requirements to ensure successful implementation within an organisation using Six Sigma and the DMAIC methodology.

A Corporate Degrees Programme
Six Sigma combines both Process Improvement and Design/Redesign, bringing them together as essential, complementary strategies for sustained success. Process design ties into product and service design in which Six Sigma principles are used to create new goods and services tightly linked to customer needs, and validated by data and testing. Participants will learn the right methodologies for creating new products and processes which will operate at higher levels of effectiveness from day one.
